NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 308 AM EDT, a shower was located over Oxford, or 16 miles
northeast of Easton, moving northeast at 20 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this shower. With the saturated
ground, trees may be downed even with wind gusts well below severe
levels.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Hopatcong, Hackettstown, Washington, Blairstown, Mount
Arlington, Stanhope, Netcong, Belvidere, Oxford, Hope, Delaware Water
Gap, Andover, Lake Mohawk, Greendell, Millbrook, Crandon Lakes, Great
Meadows-Vienna, Flatbrookville and Allamuchy-Panther Valley.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this shower, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
