The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 700 AM EDT.

* At 252 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Hackettstown, Washington, Blairstown, Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford,
  Alpha, Hope, Hampton, Bloomsbury, Great Meadows-Vienna, Brass
  Castle, Allamuchy-Panther Valley, Pleasant Valley, Millbrook,
  Delaware Water Gap, Roxburg, Columbia, Beatyestown and
  Phillipsburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
