The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 158 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up
  to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Phoenixville, Coatesville, Downingtown, Oxford,
  Royersford, Parkesburg, West Grove, Honey Brook, Elverson,
  Homeville, Glen Roy, Cochranville, Pughtown, Mount Vernon,
  Marshallton, Lionville-Marchwood, Glenmoore, Chester Springs and
  Lionville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
