...A SHOWER WILL AFFECT CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY...

At 114 AM EDT, a shower was located over Spring Ridge, or near
Reading, moving northeast at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this shower. With the saturated
ground, trees are especially susceptible to falling even with gusts
well below severe limits.

Locations impacted include...
Reading, Wyomissing, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
Wernersville, Topton, Leesport, Shoemakersville, Lyons,
Lenhartsville, Spring Ridge, Fairview Hgts, Shillington, West
Reading, Mount Penn, Mohnton, Kenhorst and St. Lawrence.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this shower, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
