The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 430 AM EDT.

* At 1224 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated more moderate to heavy
  rain moving into Carbon County during the next several hours. This
  additional rain will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Lehighton, Palmerton, Jim Thorpe, Nesquehoning, Weatherly, New
  Mahoning, Beltzville State Park, Lake Harmony, Penn Forest
  Reservoir, Albrightsville, Christmans, Meckesville, Lansford,
  Summit Hill, Bowmanstown, Beaver Meadows, Parryville, Weissport,
  Trachsville and Weissport East.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
