The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 1121 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Northampton,
  Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Slatington, Fleetwood, Sinking
  Spring, Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown,
  Walnutport, Topton, Leesport and Shoemakersville.

Additional rainfall of around one inch is expected over the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
