  Northwestern Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 AM EDT.

* At 909 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Port Jervis, Mount Pocono, Bethlehem, Northampton, East
  Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Nazareth, Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap,
  Bath, Belvidere, Walnutport, Belfast, Tatamy, East Bangor, Steuben,
  Stormville, High Point and Werry Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
