AND SOUTH CENTRAL CECIL COUNTIES...

At 503 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Old Town, or 8
miles northwest of Centerville, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Chestertown, Church Hill, Cecilton, Millington, Sudlersville, Old
Town, Langford, Starkey Corner, Morgnec, Massey, Crumpton,
Kennedyville, Galena, Barclay and Kingstown.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
