* At 1057 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Octoraro, or
  near Havre De Grace, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.

  Newark, Elkton, Havre De Grace, Calvert, North East, Rising Sun,
