* until Tuesday morning.
* At 12:00 PM Tuesday the river level was 28.07 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river level will continue rising overnight to
  near 28.1 feet. It should then fall back below flood stage
  early on Tuesday morning.
