The Flood Warning continues for
  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 11:15 PM Monday the river level was 10.25 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river level will continue rising to near 10.4
  feet overnight. The river level will then fall and it should
  return back below flood stage on Tuesday afternoon.
