* Flood Warning for...
  Southern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 230 PM EDT

* At 1037 AM EDT, National Weather Service radar indicated heavy
  rain has moved out of the area. However, local streams continue to
  run high from earlier runoff, and some were still out of their
  banks. This includes the Wissahickon and Pennypack Creeks in
  Philadelphia and the Chester Creek in Chester. While renewed
  flooding is not expected, this Areal Flood Warning was issued
  because of ongoing flooding from earlier rain. This warning will
  continue until all streams return to their banks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded roadways...the water may be deeper than
you think.
