* At 905 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated patches of heavy rain
  moving generally from south to north through the region. Over two
  inches have been reported in a few spots. Ponding of water on
  roadways will continue until the rain ends early this afternoon,
  and small streams may exceed their banks.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
