* At 627 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and a few embedded thunderstorms. Rainfall rates of one to two
  inches per hour have been reported in a few spots. This will cause
  rapid ponding of water on area roadways during the morning
  commute. Small streams will also experience rapid rises in
  the advisory area.

  Allentown, Reading, Easton, Bethlehem, Pottstown, Phoenixville,
  Lansdale, Forks, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Northampton, Quakertown,
