* At 356 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Severn River to Kent Point, moving northeast at
  50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Havre De Grace, Centerville, Talbot, Chestertown, Centreville,
