...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulations of a light glaze are
  expected, especially on elevated surfaces and over higher
  terrain areas above 1500 ft.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex county. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
  and Monroe counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT early this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in slippery conditions
  on sidewalks, roads and bridges.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads. Slow down
and use caution while driving. The latest road conditions for the
