...Freezing Rain Possible Through Midnight in the Higher
Elevations of the Southern Poconos and Northwest New Jersey...

Freezing rain has developed in the highest elevations of the
southern Poconos and Northwest New Jersey. This could result in a
light coating of ice on elevated surfaces. The temperature is
expected to increase late tonight, changing the freezing rain over
to rain. Ice accumulation should be mainly confined to elevated
surfaces, but spotty ice will be possible on untreated bridges and
overpasses as well.
