Low pressure will bring rain, heavy at times, Sunday night into
Monday. This may result in some urban and small stream flooding
issues in spots. Freezing rain will occur at the highest elevations
of the southern Poconos and northern New Jersey. Impacts to travel
may occur, though the warm antecedent conditions will likely mitigate
the potential hazards.
