...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS
EVENING...
...DENSE FOG ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph becoming
  west-northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph this
  afternoon.

* TIMING...Fog is still dense is spots but conditions are starting
  to improve and will continue to do so through the late morning. Southwest
  winds will increase this morning, then quickly shift to the
  west- northwest as a strong cold front crosses the area late in
  the morning into the early afternoon. A line of showers with
  embedded thunderstorms will move through with the front, and
  this could bring localized wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph. Following
  the passage of the cold front, widespread west- northwest winds
  gusting 45 to 60 mph will occur through the afternoon before
  diminishing in the early evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
