...DENSE FOG ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING...
...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO
8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* VISIBILITIES...One quarter mile or less at times.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph becoming
west-northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph this
  afternoon.

* TIMING...Dense fog has developed and will continue through the
overnight hours before gradually improving by mid morning.
Southwest winds will increase this morning, then quickly shift
to the west-northwest as a strong cold front crosses the area
late in the morning into the early afternoon. A line of showers
with embedded thunderstorms will move through with the front,
and this could bring localized wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph.
Following the passage of the cold front, widespread west-
northwest winds gusting 45 to 60 mph will occur through the
afternoon before diminishing in the early evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Numerous power outages can be expected. Travel will be difficult
with the strong wind gusts, especially for high profile
vehicles. Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult
  early this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
