...FREEZING RAIN AND DRIZZLE WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT NORTHERN AND
WESTERN PORTIONS OF CARBON AND MONROE COUNTIES...

At 200 PM EDT, freezing rain was being reported at Mount Pocono
Airport. With temperatures still hovering around freezing in some
spots of the southern Poconos, light freezing rain and freezing
drizzle will continue to occur during the mid afternoon, primarily
along the ridges above 1500 feet in elevation. Additional ice
accumulations of up to one-tenth inch is possible through 400 PM.

With pavement temperatures still fairly warm, freezing rain will be
primary be on elevated surfaces such as trees, powerlines and cars.
However, please use extreme caution when traveling on bridges and
overpasses as these tend to freeze first. Allow plenty of stopping
distance and avoid braking suddenly, especially when driving around
curves.

Pines, Pocono Raceway, Lake Harmony, Skytop, Mountainhome, Long Pond,
Albrightsville, Sun Valley, Arrowhead Lake, Meckesville, Canadensis,
Blakeslee, Christmans, Gouldsboro State Park and Jonas.
