...PATCHY FREEZING RAIN THIS MORNING...

Rain will move into the Pocono Region and far northern New Jersey
from the west this morning. Temperatures will remain near the
freezing mark at locations above 1000 feet until midday. As a
result, patchy freezing rain is expected in the elevated terrain.

If you will be traveling in the elevated terrain of the Pocono
Region or far northern New Jersey during the balance of this
morning be prepared for slippery conditions. A light glaze of ice
may develop on untreated roads, walkways and parking lots.

Temperatures are forecast to rise above freezing this afternoon.
