* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Northwestern Camden County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 PM EDT

* At 726 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Doppler radar has indicted
  that up to two inches of rain has fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Chester,
  Deptford, West Deptford, Glassboro, Lindenwold, Bellmawr, Yeadon,
  Woodbury, Pitman, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Paulsboro, Magnolia,
  Westville, Woodbury Heights and National Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams...urban areas...highways...streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
