The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Eastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1030 PM EDT

* At 624 PM EDT...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in
  poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Millsboro, Lewes, Milton, Dagsboro, Millville, Henlopen
  Acres, Gumboro, Cape Henlopen State Park, Sycamore, Long Neck,
  Ocean View, Frankford, South Bethany and Dewey Beach.

One to two inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall
of up to one inch is expected over early this evening. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
considerable ponding of water in urban or other poor drainage areas
is occurring or is imminent.
