  Central Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 915 PM EDT

* At 520 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one and one-half inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newton, Hopatcong, Hackettstown, Wharton, Washington, Mount
  Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg, Netcong, Belvidere,
  Harmony, Oxford, Ogdensburg, Alpha, Hope, Hampton, Bloomsbury,
  Andover and Brass Castle.

Localized total rainfall amounts up to three inches are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
