...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of northern New Jersey and
Pennsylvania will expire at 4 AM EDT early this morning. Although
showers remain possible through the morning hours, the heaviest
rainfall has ended, and flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Therefore, the flash flood watch will be allowed to
expire.
