The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 230 AM EDT

* At 1010 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will
  cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Around 2 inches of rain
  had already fallen in the area with another inch or so expected
  overnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newton, Montague, Hopatcong, Hackettstown, Washington, Blairstown,
  Mount Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg, Netcong, Belvidere,
  Harmony, Oxford, Ogdensburg, Alpha, Sussex, Hope, Bloomsbury and
  Branchville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
