* Until 400 AM EDT Monday

* At 1000 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that rainfall rates were
  on the decrease. However, 1 to 3 inches of rain fell in the
  region. Runoff from the heavy rain will cause flooding of
  roadways, areas of poor drainage, and small streams and creeks.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Bensalem, Ewing, Norristown,
  Chester, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East
  Norriton, Princeton, Yeadon, Bristol, Quakertown, Perkasie,
  Doylestown, Byram and Conshohocken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
