* Flood Warning for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 215 AM EDT Monday

* At 810 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Up to one or two inches of rain have already fallen.
  Another inch or two is possible before midnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton, Calvert,
  Chester, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Coatesville, Westtown, Smyrna,
  Downingtown, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle,
  Oxford, Royersford and Parkesburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
