The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Western Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 200 AM EDT Monday

* At 755 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in the
  area. Another inch or two of rain is expected through about
  midnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Morristown, Somerville, Somerset, East Brunswick,
  Bridgewater, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Dover, Madison,
  Hopatcong, Middlesex, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park,
  Bound Brook, Manville, Kinnelon, Hackettstown and Chatham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
