The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 1130 PM EDT

* At 639 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to around one inch of rain
  has already fallen. Another inch or two of rain is expected this
  evening.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Dover, Madison,
  Hopatcong, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon,
  Hackettstown, Chatham, Boonton, Butler, Wharton, Washington,
  Rockaway, Blairstown and Morris Plains.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
