* Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 945 PM EDT

* At 440 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen. Another inch or so may fall into this evening.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton, Calvert,
  Chester, Phoenixville, Coatesville, Westtown, Downingtown,
  Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Oxford,
  Parkesburg, North East, West Grove and Rising Sun.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
