Advisory, which is in effect from 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Friday.

* TEMPERATURES...Dropping into the mid and upper 30's overnight
  tonight.

* Locations... Portions of the Lehigh Valley, Southeastern
  Pennsylvania, North Central New Jersey and the Pine Barrens.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
