Fog has become quite thick from portions of southern and central
New Jersey across the Delaware River into southeast Pennsylvania
and also parts of southern Delaware. Fog may spread into
Philadelphia. Be prepared to slow down where visibility quickly
lowers.

Fog should thin out before dawn as the wind turns light northwest.
