...PATCHY BLACK ICE POSSIBLE TONIGHT...

Roads, sidewalks and other surfaces are wet following the light
rain and drizzle that occurred today. With temperatures falling
into the upper 20s and lower 30s this evening, icy spots could
develop tonight, especially on untreated roads and sidewalks.

Use caution if traveling tonight. Secondary roads, bridges and
overpasses are most prone to black ice. Reduce speed and keep a
safe following distance when driving in case you encounter icy
spots.

Pennsylvania this evening. Visibility as low as one-quarter mile
are possible at times tonight.

If driving tonight, please exercise caution for rapidly changing
visibilities. Give yourself extra time to reach your destination.
If you encounter fog, reduce speed and keep a safe following
distance from the vehicle in front of you.

Skies are clearing from north to south across the area this
evening. Areas of fog are expected to develop behind the clearing
later this evening and overnight. The fog may become dense in
spots, leading to localized visibility restrictions as low as
one-quarter mile at times.
