* TEMPERATURES...Temperatures are already below freezing across
  the region late this evening. Lows tonight range from 20 to 25
  degrees.

* TIMING...The lowest temperatures will occur near daybreak
  Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Crops and other cold-sensitive outdoor plants will be
  killed if not protected. This will bring an end to the growing
  season.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
