...PATCHY DENSE FOG...

Patchy fog will develop through the early morning hours across
southeastern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey. Visibility as
low as one quarter mile will be possible at times.

If you are driving, please exercise caution for rapidly changing
visibility especially in river valleys. Allow extra time to reach
your destination this morning. If you encounter fog, reduce speed
and allow extra following distance with the vehicle in front of
you.
