Areas of locally dense fog have developed in Berks, western
Montgomery, and western Chester Counties early this morning. This
fog is expected to persist through sunrise. Visibilities may be
reduced locally to a quarter mile or less.

If traveling early this morning, be prepared for rapid changes in
visibility. Allow extra time to reach your destination, and if
you encounter fog, reduce speed, use your low-beam headlights,
and allow extra following distance from vehicles in front of you.
