  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1145 PM EDT

* At 835 PM EDT...The moderate to heavy rain across the area was
  diminishing. But until the runoff subsides this evening, poor
  drainage and low lying flooding will continue. Creeks continue to
  run high across the advised area as well. The East Branch
  Brandywine at Downingtown is above flood stage. The Manatawny
  Creek at Spangville, the Perkiomen Creek at both East Greenville
  and Hillegass, the French Creek at Phoenixville, Crum Creek at
  Newtown Square, Chester Creek at Chester, and Red Clay Creek at
  Wooddale are all running high and are near bankful.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Allentown, Reading, Camden, Wilmington, West Chester,
  Gloucester City, Bethlehem, Bensalem, Norristown, Chester,
  Willingboro, Pottstown, West Deptford, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West
  Norriton, East Norriton, Pennsville and Coatesville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
