  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* until late tonight...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 6:47 PM Friday the stage was 6.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage and continue to rise to near
  8.0 feet this evening. The river will fall below flood stage tonight.
