The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Central Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1030 PM EDT

* At 628 PM EDT...Doppler radar, spotter reports and automated rain
  gauges indicated that up to one and one-half inches of rain have
  fallen since midnight across portions of the advised area. Minor
  flooding will occur across low lying and poor drainage areas.
  Additional rainfall is expected across the area through the
  remaining rush hour and into this evening. This additional rain
  will continue to produce minor flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerville, Sandy Hook,
  Somerset, Edison, Middletown, Old Bridge, East Brunswick,
  Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville, North Brunswick,
  Carteret, Holmdel, Middlesex, Princeton, Red Bank and Bound Brook.
