The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  East central Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  West central Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 815 PM EDT

* At 515 PM EDT...The Neshanic River at Reaville has exceeded flood
  stage. Doppler radar, spotter reports and automated rain gauges
  indicated that up to one and one-half inches of rain have fallen
  since midnight. Minor flooding will occur across low lying areas.
  Additional rainfall is expected across the area into this evening.
  This additional rain will continue to produce high water.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Flemington and Cloverhill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
