The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 830 PM EDT

* At 435 PM EDT...Doppler radar, spotter reports and automated rain
  gauges indicated that over two inches of rain have fallen since
  midnight. Minor flooding will occur across low lying and poor
  drainage areas. Additional rainfall of one inch is expected across
  the area through the rush hour and into this evening. This
  additional rain will continue to produce minor flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Howell, Marlboro, Manalapan,
  Tinton Falls, Red Bank, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach, Allentown,
  Farmingdale, Roosevelt, Allenwood, East Freehold, Six Flags Theme
  Park, West Freehold, Cassville, Adelphia and Clarksburg.

ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
