...Freezing rain expected early this morning in the higher
elevations of extreme northwest New Jersey and parts of the
Poconos in northeast Pennsylvania...

Temperatures at 1 am were steady or very slowly dropping to or
just below freezing from near High Point New Jersey to Mount
Pocono Pennsylvania. Showers will be developing over these areas
early today and icing is expected above 1000 feet elevation. That
would include portions of northern Sussex County New Jersey and
much of the northwest half of Monroe County.

Be alert for untreated slippery pavement, especially toward 5 am.

Temperatures should slowly warm above freezing around 9 or 10 am.
