...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* LOCATIONS...Southern Poconos.

* HAZARD TYPES...Freezing rain and sleet.

* ACCUMULATIONS...Snow accumulation of up to 1 inch, along with
  around a trace of ice.

* TIMING...Precipitation will move in by 10 AM, beginning as a mix
  of freezing rain and sleet. Precipitation should change over to
  all rain around midday as temperatures slowly increase.

* IMPACTS...Ice and snow accumulations may create slippery
  conditions on roads, bridges and sidewalks.

* TEMPERATURES...In the lower 30s.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of sleet and
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and use caution while driving.

Report Snow and ice accumulation to the National Weather Service
by calling our trained spotter line...posting to the NWS Mount
Holly Facebook page...or using Twitter.
