* At 852 AM EDT...Rain combined with melting snow and sleet will
  cause minor flooding this morning across poor drainage areas. In
  addition, the heavy dense snow and sleet that fell earlier this
  morning, that has yet to melt, is either impeding flow to storm
  drains or are covering them. Up to two inches of liquid have
  already fallen across portions of the advised area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Toms River, Trenton, Camden, Wilmington, Vineland,
  Atlantic City, Dover, Newark, Millville, Bridgeton, Easton, Elkton,
  Ocean City, Gloucester City, Georgetown, Cape May, Centerville,
  Cumberland and Lakewood.
