  will cause pockets of minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage
  areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area,
  especially where it snowed 1 to 3 inches earlier this morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Wilmington, Vineland, Atlantic City, Dover, Millville,
  Bridgeton, Middletown, Easton, Ocean City, Gloucester City, Cape
  May, Centerville, Cumberland, Lakewood, Cherry Hill, Jackson,
  Evesham and Mount Laurel.
