...SNOW IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT INTO FRIDAY...

.Low pressure located over the lower Ohio River Valley this
evening is forecast to progress eastward. The low is expected to
pass off the Delmarva coast early on Friday before moving out to
sea.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
NOON EST FRIDAY...

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow. It is in effect from midnight tonight
until noon on Friday.

* LOCATIONS...The northern suburbs of Philadelphia eastward into
  central New Jersey.

* HAZARD TYPE...Snow.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 to 3 inches.

* TIMING...Rain is forecast to overspread the area around
  midnight. The rain is expected to change to snow toward morning
  and the snow is anticipated to continue through Friday morning's
  commute. The steady snow should come to an end by midday.
  However, lingering snow showers are possible on Friday afternoon
  and evening.

* IMPACTS...Untreated roads and walkways will become snow covered
  and slippery. The snow will result in reduced visibility.
  Hazardous travel is expected for late tonight and Friday
  morning, including the Friday morning commute.

* WINDS...Northerly at 6 to 12 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...Falling from the lower and middle 40s around
  midnight to the lower and middle 30s on Friday morning.

* VISIBILITy...Reduced to one-half mile or less at times.

  and evening.
