* WINDS...West-northwest 20 to 25 mph with widespread gusts 45 to
  55 mph. Isolated 60 MPH possible in eastern Pennsylvania and
  New Jersey.

* TIMING...Strongest westerly wind gusts of 45 to 55 MPH should
  occur between 2 am and 8 am Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages will result.
