* At 400 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Chatsworth,
  or 22 miles southwest of Toms River, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
